Plot

The main story-line of the site is explained below, but mini-plots are still allowed and admins will make side-plots when the time is right. This will certainly not be the only plot featured, but keep in mine that this is the main idea and most of the plots that happen on Night Hawk will most likely revolve around this. Please when you are filling out an application, keep the plot in mind, it may help create something interesting about your character or give you a surge of ideas.

Talinor, a town that was formerly known as quaint and lively. People enjoyed living in the town, for there they felt protected from the outside world and its many flaws. Even those who had abilities no one had ever seen before felt welcomed.

Years passed and the small town grew into a thriving city. People were happy and the crime rate was low, but then everything took a turn for the worst. A gang entered Talinor, increasing the crime rate severely. The people were scared and didn't quite know how to handle this sudden increase of crime.

The Talinor Police Force wanted to deal with the gang and the crime themselves. With their pride was making them blind, they soon decided to enclose the city in a wall that they hoped would make it impossible to leave. No citizens were allowed to leave the city, unless they were able to sneak out into the forest.

The police took over all security, allowing few officers from neighboring cities to assist them. The outside world wasn't sure what to think of the city, but believed it was best to leave Talinor to run its course. As for those outside of Talinor, they were told to avoid the once happy and lively city at all costs. As the months past, the only few people who wanted to move to Talinor were reporters trying to get the best news they could about the city.

Another year passed and public shootings became an occasion every six months, in hopes to rid the city of the mafia. When this happened, the police would arrest five suspects and take them to town square for the whole city to see. They would be judged by their peers, and three would be accused and shot. As for the other two, they would be released.

Even though this began, the mafia still walk the streets at night, like hawks looking for prey. They searched for the people who they needed to kill, frame or do other various things. Police were up at night in hopes to catch them in the act, but the mafia were tricky and hard to catch. At night the streets are often quiet, but every so often gunshots may be heard of another victim meeting their demise.

Which side do you fight for? Will you be the next victim, or are you another night hawk roaming the streets in search of prey?
